If you are suddenly unable to go, please use "amazarashi Official Ticket Platrade", which allows you to trade at fixed price with peace of mind!

We provide "amazarashi" official trade service that allows you to exchange tickets at fixed price. Unlike ticket resale sites, we offer "fixed price transactions" and "admission guarantee", so you can feel safe from transaction to admission!

  • You can trade until 11:59 the day before the performance!

  • Ticket trading is based on a lottery system!

    During the trading period, a lottery will be held every day at 12:00.
    *Not on a first-come, first-served basis. There is also no trade where you can specify a customer.

  • Ticket trading is a fixed price transaction!

    Separately, the following fees are required.

    [Successful bid] Trade fee + electronic ticket system usage fee

  • All winning tickets will be issued as electronic tickets.

    Winning tickets can also be put up for sale within the trading period.

The ticket trading start date will be announced at a later date.

チケットのお受取り方法に関して

  • チケットを2枚以上でお申込みの場合、応募者のスマートフォン端末に同行者分のチケットが表示されます。公演前に必ず分配を行ってください。
    ≫分配方法について
  • 当選・入金後、各公演約1週間前より電子チケットの表示を開始いたします。受取り開始後、手順などの詳細は、「APOLOGIES」で会員登録されたPlus member IDに登録のメールアドレスにお送りいたします。「plusmember.jp」を受信できるよう設定してください。
  • Electronic tickets can only be viewed on the smartphone device with the phone number registered at the time of application. Please note that even if you are a winner, you will not be able to view the ticket unless the registered mobile phone number is the same as the device that will display the ticket.

Regarding unauthorized ticket resale/transfer

  • Resale of tickets for commercial purposes, listing at auctions, etc. is strictly prohibited. In the unlikely event that such a situation occurs, tickets will be invalidated and you will be refused entry.

  • We cannot respond to any inquiries regarding seats or lottery selections.
  • Performers may be canceled or changed without notice due to circumstances.
    Please note that ticket prices will not be refunded in such cases.
  • This advance ticket can only be entered by the member who purchased it and their companions.
  • Resale or transfer of tickets to a third party is strictly prohibited regardless of purpose or reason. In the unlikely event that an unauthorized purchase is discovered or we are unable to verify your identity, we will refuse entry. Please note that in this case, we will not be able to refund ticket fees, etc.
  • If your device is Android, you may not be able to apply depending on your browser. In that case, please change your browser to Google Chrome and try again.

  • Tickets will not be refunded or reissued for any reason, including due to poor physical condition, except in the event that the performance is postponed or canceled.
  • To prevent resale of this performance, tickets can only be purchased for one time per account. Furthermore, due to the electronic ticket issuing system, tickets for the purchaser can only be displayed on the purchaser's terminal. (The setting is such that it cannot be distributed to a third party's device.)

  • The visitor list will be organized and stored for approximately one month, after which it will be destroyed in an appropriate manner.
