Regarding how to receive tickets

Electronic tickets will be received through amazarashi app.
*Details will be provided via email after ticketing begins.

If you apply for two or more tickets, tickets for your companions will be displayed on your smartphone.
After winning and making payment, electronic tickets will begin displaying approximately one week before the performance. Once you have started receiving your tickets, detailed instructions will be sent to the email address registered in your Plus member ID registered with "APOLOGIES". Please configure your settings so that you can receive "plusmember.jp".
Electronic tickets can only be viewed on the smartphone device with the phone number registered at the time of application. Please note that even if you are a winner, you will not be able to view the ticket unless the registered mobile phone number is the same as the device that will display the ticket.

Regarding unauthorized ticket resale/transfer

Resale of tickets for commercial purposes, listing at auctions, etc. is strictly prohibited. In the unlikely event that such a situation occurs, tickets will be invalidated and you will be refused entry.
