  • You can trade until 11:59 the day before the performance!

  • Ticket trading is based on a lottery system!

    During the trading period, a lottery will be held every day at 12:00.

  • Please note that we will not refund tickets after purchase unless the start time is changed due to changes in the domestic situation or the performance is cancelled.
  • To prevent resale of this performance, tickets can only be purchased for one time per account. Furthermore, due to the electronic ticket issuing system, tickets for the purchaser can only be displayed on the purchaser's terminal.   • Entries cannot exceed the limit of two tickets per person per performance.

Regarding how to receive tickets

  • If you apply for two or more tickets, all purchased tickets will be displayed on the smartphones of the applicant and accompanying person.
  • After winning and making payment, electronic tickets will begin displaying approximately one week before the performance. Once you have started receiving your tickets, detailed instructions will be sent to the email address registered in your Plus member ID registered with "APOLOGIES". Please configure your settings so that you can receive "plusmember.jp".
  • Electronic tickets can only be viewed on the smartphone device with the phone number registered at the time of application. Please note that even if you are a winner, you will not be able to view the ticket unless the registered mobile phone number is the same as the device that will display the ticket.

Regarding unauthorized ticket resale/transfer

  • Resale of tickets for commercial purposes, listing at auctions, etc. is strictly prohibited. In the unlikely event that such a situation occurs, tickets will be invalidated and you will be refused entry.
