First time login information

“APOLOGIES” has been renewed on Tuesday, February 16, 2021.

If you are a registered member, when you log in to the site for the first time after the renewal, you will need to complete the steps to "reset your password" and "issuance of a Plus member ID" as part of your first login. .
You can carry over your membership status by resetting the settings.

Please check the steps below before proceeding.

*The "first login" procedure cannot be performed from the browsing app. Please complete the procedure from your web browser.
*If you do not log in for the first time, you will not be able to log in to APOLOGIES or use the service.
*Payment of monthly membership fee is not required for "first login". Please be careful not to register as a new user.

  1. STEP 1Prepare email address

    Please prepare an email address that you can use on your computer or smartphone.

  2. STEP 2Open the login page

    Please click the "login" button on the "APOLOGIES" top page or proceed to the login page from the link below.

  3. STEP 3Log in with your email address and initial password

    A login page will appear where you enter your email address and password. Please enter the email address and password you used to register as a member at APOLOGIES, and press the "Login" button.

    • There is no need to pay monthly membership fees. Please be careful not to make any payments.
  4. STEP 4Member information registration

    The member information registration screen will be displayed. Please check the displayed email address, enter the "any password (6-12 digits half-width alphanumeric characters)" to be used for "APOLOGIES", and click "Confirm". Please press the "Go to screen" button.
    *If you have already obtained a Plus member ID with an address registered with "APOLOGIES", the ID you already have will be displayed.

    • Those who have used services (fan club, official mobile site, etc.) operated by Plus member ID (formerly EMTG ID)

    For those who apply to the above, please enter the same password as the "any password (6-12 digits half-width alphanumeric characters)" you enter in [STEP 4].

  5. STEP 5 Confirm login information registration

    Please check the registered information and if there are no problems, press "Register login information".

  6. STEP 6 Member information registration completed

    The procedure is complete when the member information registration completion screen is displayed.

    You will receive an email "Notification of login setup completion" to the email address you registered, so please keep it in a safe place. Next time, please log in using your email address or Plus member ID (formerly EMTG ID) and your new password.

    If you have already registered a Plus member ID (formerly EMTG ID)

    Member information is registered on the "Chiketapura site" provided by Fanplus Inc. or on sites using ID services.

    After selecting your Plus member ID (old EMTG ID), enter the password for the corresponding Plus member ID8 (old EMTG ID) and press the "Authenticate" button.

I have been a member since before the renewal, do I need to log in for the first time?

yes. Existing members only need to complete the "first time login" procedure once.
The first login is a procedure for linking to the new system of the renewed "APOLOGIES".

What is Plus member ID (formerly EMTG ID)?

This is an ID that can be used in common with other sites that have introduced the Plus member ID system.
When you complete the "first login", a [Plus member ID (formerly: EMTG ID)] starting with "E" will be automatically issued.
In addition to your email address, you can also log in to the site with your Plus member ID.

If you meet the following criteria, you already have a Plus member ID.
