Refund methods vary depending on how you received your ticket, payment method, etc.

*Please note that refunds will no longer be possible after the refund acceptance period has passed.

[Refund method]
Tickets must arrive by Sunday, February 28th by "registered mail," "courier service," or "specified registered mail" to the address below.
Please send it back.
After the refund period ends, we will send a ``cash registered mail'' to the address stated in the memo you will receive when returning the item.
We will issue refunds in sequence.

We will accept refunds, so please bring your tickets with you.
