Your tickets will remain valid for the rescheduled performance, so please keep them with you until the rescheduled performance date. Please note that if you lose or forget your ticket, it will be invalid.


In addition, for the Aomori performance, we are planning to give away tin badges and set list postcards to customers who have valid tickets but are unfortunately unable to attend on the day of the event. . Details regarding this will be announced at a later date.

Please note that refund procedures will not be possible after October 1st (Friday).


Within the above refund acceptance period, please complete the refund procedure from "Application confirmation" on the various advance application application sites, and then use the external service CASH POST (Note 1) to receive the refund.

Please note that once the refund period has passed, no refund procedures will be possible.

If you do not register correct information, we will not be able to respond for any reason.

② Click [Proceed to refund procedure] under "Refund information" at the bottom of My Page

③ Check the ticket price and other information in "Refund Status", enter your email address in "Refund procedure guide email address", and click [Next].

④ Check the information in "Application details confirmation" and agree to the information, then click "Refund application" (*Registration on the low-ticket site is completed here)

⑤ You will receive an email from Law Ticket to the email address you registered in step ③ with instructions on how to receive the item and how to receive it. After checking the contents, access the URL listed. (* Click here to start the CASH POST procedure)

⑥ Enter the “reception number” written in the email you received in step ⑤, enter the “image authentication” number, and click [Next].

⑦ After confirming "Receipt details", select "Bank transfer to designated account" in "Select receipt method"

⑧ Enter the [reservation number] and [phone number] at the time of application as the "authentication key",

Confirm and agree to the handling of personal information, then click [Select financial institution]

⑨ Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the procedure.
