◯Notes regarding goods sales

・Pre-sale tickets can be purchased even by those who do not have them.

・Only those with tickets will be allowed to enter after the doors open.

・For APOLOGIES member-only items, you will need to present your APOLOGIES membership card at the time of purchase. To reduce store congestion, please log in in advance and have your membership card ready when making a purchase.

・Stock is limited. In some cases, some products may be discontinued during pre-sale. Please note.

・Please cooperate so as not to cause any nuisance to the area around the venue or neighbors.

・On the day of the event, depending on the venue, you may have to line up outdoors. We ask that you please take measures to prevent heatstroke and other risks.

◯About payment methods

・In addition to cash, you can pay by credit card (VISA / Master / JCB / AMRICAN EXPRESS), QUICKPay, PayPay, and LINE Pay. Payment can only be made in one lump sum.

・Transportation electronic money, some QR code payments, and prepaid cards cannot be used.

・Depending on the signal strength of the payment terminal, credit cards and other payment services may not be available. In that case, only cash will be accepted.

・To reduce the chance of contact during payment, we recommend electronic payment or credit card payment.
