■Gift conditions
APOLOGIES members who meet the following conditions
① Those whose membership status is “APOLOGIES LIFE II” or higher at the time of application
(For those who have been a member for 1 year (12 months) or more since joining)

②受付期日（10月24日(月)23:59）までに送付先の住所登録を行い、本ページから応募が完了した方
※応募後も受付期日まで住所の変更は可能です。

2022年12月上旬(予定)から順次発送
※発送完了後サイトでお知らせいたします。

①ログイン後のマイページ内にて、ご登録情報の確認をお願いいたします。
②ページ下部の「お申込みはこちら」をクリック

■Notes
・The gift can only be given to the member himself/herself.
・Applicants who apply using the special form during the application period are eligible. You cannot apply after the period ends.
・Only one item will be shipped per member.
・The continuation period is counted in months from the month of joining, so you can apply from the 1st day of the 12th month.
*Those who joined before November 31, 2021 can apply
-If you do not register your address, we will not be able to ship your order.
・Please register your address in advance before accepting applications.
・Shipping costs for resending due to incorrect address input will be borne by the customer. Please note.
・Please note that you will not receive an email confirming that your application has been completed.
・Please note that Japan Post's "forwarding service" is not applicable.
