We have recently made changes to the monthly payment method by credit card, so if you are using monthly payment by credit card, please be sure to read this.

If you are currently using credit card monthly payment and your registered credit card may have expired, please [3/15 (Wednesday)] Please confirm that there is no problem with your registered card information (card number and expiration date) by the middle of the day.

If your registered card information changes, please update it by following the steps below.

Also, if your credit card expiration date changes in the future, please update it each time.

<How to check/change credit card information>

① Log in to "APOLOGIES" with your Plus member ID (or registered email address) and password

② Select “Card information confirmation/change procedure” on My Page

③Enter the password again

④ Your credit card information will be displayed. If you need to change your credit card information, such as if it has expired, select "Change card information" and enter the correct information.

After March​ ​2023,

If the credit card information held by "APOLOGIES" has expired, your membership will be automatically canceled.

Even if you are automatically canceled as a result of the above, if you apply for membership again within one month using the same Plus member ID (email address), your original membership date will be carried over.

Please note that if more than one month has passed, you will no longer be able to carry over your membership date.

Please note that we are unable to investigate the status of credit card usage.

In order to prevent unauthorized use of credit cards, based on requests from credit card companies, etc., from March​ ​2023, the system will be operated to confirm the validity of cards (* authorization) in order to operate in a more secure manner. We will change the method.

 

*What is authorization?

This is a system to check whether the customer's registered credit card is in a state that allows payment.

This refers to the process in which the credit card company confirms whether the credit card is valid and whether the credit limit has been reached, and then secures the credit card usage limit.

 

Please note that we are unable to investigate the status of credit card usage.
