Advance seat registration for the app for amazarashi 's "Ghost: Cyber Performance Surveillance Space" live project began on Sunday, April 27th at 14:00.The latest update for the app was implemented on Friday, April 25th at 20:00, so please update in advance and register for your seat.

▼How to pre-register

① Launch the Live Project app

② Tap the "Performances" tab in the app

③ Tap "Pre-register seat information" displayed on the screen.

④ On the "Pre-registration of seat information" screen, agree to Terms of service and tap "Pre-registration".

⑤ On the seat selection screen, select the seat listed on your ticket and tap "Registration Complete"

If you wish to change your seat registration information, please restart the app and follow the procedure from the "Change" button in the "Performance" tab at the top of the home screen. Please note that seat changescan be made until15:00 on Tuesday, April 29th (National Holiday).

After 15:00 on the day of the performance, the app will switch to "performance mode" and you will not be able to change your seat.If you wish to change your seat after 15:00, please uninstall the app, reinstall it, and register your seat again.

*Depending on the communication environment in the venue on the day of the performance, you may not be able to download the file smoothly, so please download it and register your seat in advance before coming to the venue.

※During the performance, your smartphone battery will be used up to 30-40% so we recommend that you bring a portable battery and make sure it is charged in plenty of time.

▼iOS版 事前座席登録画面が表示されない不具合について（4/28追記）

iOSにおいて、事前座席登録画面が表示されない不具合が発生しておりました。

原因として、設定内の「言語と地域」の暦法が「和暦」に設定されている場合、アプリが正常に動作しない可能性が判明しました。

同様の不具合が発生されている方については、お手数をおかけいたしますが、

設定画面から「一般」→「言語と地域」を開き、暦法を「西暦（グレゴリオ暦）」に変更いただけますようお願い申し上げます。
