Notes regarding merchandise sales＞

・Pre-sale tickets can be purchased even by those who do not have them.

・Only those with tickets will be allowed to enter after the doors open.

・Stock is limited. In some cases, some products may be discontinued during pre-sale. Please note.

・Please cooperate so as not to cause any nuisance to the area around the venue or neighbors.

About payment method＞

・In addition to cash, you can pay by credit card, transportation IC electronic money, and QR code payment. Please note that credit card payments can only be made in one lump sum.

・Credit cards and other payment services may not be available depending on the signal strength of the payment terminal.

・Payment using multiple payment methods is not possible.

・Please be sure to check the purchased item (size, quantity), change, etc. on the spot. Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges for items other than defective items.

Notes regarding Gacha sales>

・Please note that this will be sold at a separate booth from the merchandise sales booth.

・You will need to purchase special medals at the medal exchange counter in the gacha booth. (600 yen each)

・Medals can be purchased using cash, credit card, QR payment, or electronic money.

・Medals will not be used for gacha and can be taken home.(Please note that there is a limited number, so please refrain from taking home large quantities.)

・During busy times, we may limit purchases to five tickets per transaction.

・Please note that products are limited in stock.
