・The floor area will have temporary chairs set up on a flat surface with no steps. Other areas will have stepped seating.

・The published seating chart is for reference purposes only and may differ from the actual seating. The stage structure may also be changed without notice for production reasons.

[General sales information]

・General sales will be held only if there are any remaining seats after the APOLOGIES members pre-sale ends. If the APOLOGIES members pre-sale is sold out, there may not be any seats available for purchase during the general sale.

・Payments by bank transfer will not be available for one week after general sales begin. Bank transfers will be available from Monday, December 29th until midnight on Friday, April 10th, 2026.

[Wheelchair seating information]

・Reservations for wheelchair accessible seats can only be made by phone through the NOL Ticket Customer Center (1544-1555 / Business hours: 9:00-18:00).

・You can purchase up to two tickets per performance, including yourself and your companion.

・Wheelchair-only seats are available at this venue. You can check the location on the seating layout map, but the final seating location will be assigned on the day of the performance to ensure visibility and safety.

・Wheelchair seats can only be reserved if the name on the disability registration card or welfare card matches the name of the person making the reservation. If they do not match, the person making the reservation and their companion will not be allowed entry.

・Wheelchair seats are spaces without chairs, so even if you have a welfare card, those who do not use a wheelchair cannot reserve them (folding chairs will be provided for accompanying persons).

・Wheelchair seat tickets can only be redeemed on-site on the day of the performance. Please bring your ID and disability registration card or welfare card to verify your identity.

[Notes regarding reservations]

・ For this performance, up to two tickets can be reserved per person per performance, including the advance sale for APOLOGIES members.

・Tickets cannot be accepted or transferred to anyone other than immediate family members. Please make sure to reserve tickets using the ID of the person who will be attending the event.

・If the reservation is made in the name of an immediate family member (parent, child, sibling), you can collect the ticket by bringing all three of the following: (a physical ID of the person who made the reservation, a physical ID of the person attending, and a document that proves the family relationship (family relationship certificate, resident registration certificate, health insurance card, etc.))

・Ticket reservations will be accepted until 5:00 PM (KST) on Friday, April 17th, the day before the performance. Please note that cancellations and refunds will not be possible after the deadline.

・In the event of cancellation, a cancellation fee set by the ticket seller will be charged.

・Tickets cannot be reissued for any reason, including if they are stolen, lost, damaged, or forgotten to bring with you on the day of the event. Please take good care to store your tickets.

・Fraudulent ticket transactions (resale, etc.) outside of ticket reservation sites are illegal. If a fraudulent transaction is confirmed, we will take appropriate action through proper verification procedures. [Ticket pick-up/sale information]

・The ticket booth will be open from 3 hours before the start of the show until 30 minutes after the show begins.

・When picking up your tickets on-site, you will need to present your reservation details and a valid original ID (photos and copies are not accepted). [Admission Information]

・Entry to the auditorium for this performance will be permitted one hour before the start of the performance. (Entry times may change depending on local conditions on the day.)

・You can only watch from the reserved seat. You cannot change seats.

・One ticket is required per person. If your ticket is damaged, lost, stolen, or you are not in possession of it, you will not be allowed to enter for any reason. (Your ticket will also need to be checked when re-entering.)

・If you arrive after the show has started, entry may be restricted. Please follow the instructions of staff before entering.

[Visitor Information]

・This performance is aimed at elementary school students and above.

・From the start of the performance until the end, any form of photography or videography, recording, live streaming on social media, etc. is prohibited. Violations may result in the deletion of data, confiscation of equipment and film, and immediate expulsion. Re-entry and ticket refunds will not be available.

- Bringing or using photography support equipment such as camera tripods, monopods, and selfie sticks is prohibited inside the venue.

・Only water in 500ml or smaller plastic bottles with lids may be brought into the venue. No other food or drink is permitted.

・Bringing into the venue any dangerous items or items that may disturb other spectators, such as stand flowers, bouquets, pets, fireworks, lasers, gunpowder, fans, message boards, etc., is prohibited.

・Please refrain from any actions that may interfere with the progress of the performance or the viewing experience, such as using light sources including penlights and fanlights, holding message boards, fans, opera glasses, binoculars above your head, etc. If any actions are found to significantly interfere with the viewing experience, you may be warned or asked to leave the venue (re-entry and refunds upon leaving will not be permitted).

・Official photography and video recording may take place during the performance. Please note that audience members may appear in the footage.

・Lasers may be used for performance purposes. Please note that the organizers and venue will not be held responsible for any damage to cameras, mobile phones, etc. caused by lasers.

・You are solely responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to your valuables, and the organizers and venue will not be held responsible in any way.
