Please contact the provider of your email address (each mobile phone company/shop) for confirmation/setting instructions.
★For those using carrier address
Each mobile phone company has a high level of anti-spam email measures by default, and as a result, there are many cases where emails are not delivered.
Even if you are not aware of your own anti-spam measures, please be sure to check and configure them.

According to Apple's regulations, regular emails are also considered to be against Apple's policies.

Please check other areas besides your inbox, such as your spam folder.

Depending on your email environment, emails may be sorted into folders other than your inbox, such as the "spam folder" or "promotions tab."
Please also check all folders and spam filter settings.

◆Is the capacity exceeded?
You may not be able to receive emails because your mailbox is over capacity or your smartphone is over capacity.

◆The email address contains a character string whose use is restricted.
Example) A series of dots (.....), a series of symbols (_-_), a dot or symbol immediately before the at sign (.@), a symbol at the beginning (-abc), etc.
If you are using an email address that includes the relevant character string, please register again using a different email address.
In principle, the following email addresses cannot be used as they do not comply with the worldwide Internet communication standard RFC (Request for Comments).

1. If symbols other than "-", "_", ".", "+", "?", and "/" are included
2. If two or more symbols are used consecutively
3. When symbols are used at the beginning and end (just before @)

Please check whether the reception settings are set correctly in your email app.

There are two types of email sending and receiving apps: ``Mail (standard email app)'' and ``Message (MMS email).''
If you use the "Message (MMS mail)" function, you may not be able to receive emails correctly due to iPhone specifications.
Please use "Email (standard email app)".
