About changing smartphone models

If I change the model, do I need to do anything? (Using carrier billing/change of mobile carrier)
Payment information will not be transferred.

Your membership in the site will be automatically canceled at the end of the month in which you changed your model.

*Monthly service will not be canceled when changing the contract between Softbank ⇔ Y!mobile ⇔ LINEMO.


Please log in with the same Plus member ID (or email address) at the beginning of the next month.

Once the automatic withdrawal is reflected, you will be unable to log in and will be redirected to the [Membership Fee Payment Screen].

At that time, please register using your preferred payment method.

*Please note that it may take several days for automatic withdrawal to be reflected.


Please note that if you re-register under the conditions below, you will be able to resume use with your membership status inherited.

・Within 30 days after the withdrawal is completed

・Same Plus member ID (or registered email address)

If more than 30 days have passed since your cancellation, or if you use a different email address, your status will be reset.

Please note that information on your joining date cannot be restored.


<Note 2>
Once you cancel your membership, your member email magazine and birthday email settings will become unregistered.

After re-registering, please change the [Mail Magazine Settings] in mypage to "Registering".
