About changing smartphone models

If I change the model, do I need to do anything? (Using carrier billing/no change of mobile company)
Basically, payments will be carried over, so you can use the site with the same Plus member ID (email address).

Please note that payment information may not be carried over depending on the contract details.

<If payment is not carried over>
Your membership will be canceled at the end of the month in which the contract details are changed.

Example) When registering with au Easy Payment

I canceled my au contract and switched to docomo on March 15th.

Withdrawal at the end of March

Billing with au Easy Payment is only available for the month of March.


Please log in with the same Plus member ID (or email address) at the beginning of the next month.

At that time, you will be redirected to a page where you will be asked to pay your monthly membership fee, so please make the payment using your preferred method.


◆When there is a change in the "email address used (=registered)" due to a model change
Please edit your registered information from [Confirm/Change Member Information] on mypage after logging in.

This cannot be done from the app, so please be sure to use your browser (Safari/Chrome).
