About changing registration information

I can't change my email address because the message "It's already in use" appears.

You have already obtained a Plus member ID for the address you wish to register.

Since the Plus member ID is issued in conjunction with your email address, you cannot change it unless you delete the ID.

If the information about paid services or winning tickets is not linked to the ID you obtained, you can delete it yourself.
