◆About withdrawal procedure

After logging in, please proceed from [Cancellation Procedures] on mypage.

*Please access the website using a web browser (Safari/Chrome) as the procedure cannot be completed using the app.

If you complete the procedures above, you will immediately cancel your membership and will no longer be able to use the member content.

When you try to log in to the site after completing the withdrawal procedure, a "payment screen" will be displayed.

This is different from a subscription. please note.

*After you cancel your membership, you may receive several members' e-mail newsletters by mistake. Please note.

*You will need to unsubscribe separately from this page for the free e-mail magazine.

◆If you complete the procedure for canceling continuous billing from each carrier's (docomo/au/SoftBank) site

If you cancel directly from the carrier site without going through this site, your membership will not be canceled immediately.

Because the procedure was performed in a different way than the original withdrawal procedure, it will take some time for it to be reflected on the service side.

Example) If you complete the procedure for canceling continuous billing at your carrier during October.

The withdrawal status will be reflected from the beginning to the middle of the next month (November).

Final billing is for [October usage]

Until your withdrawal status is reflected, you will be considered an active member by the system.

Therefore, you may be able to log in to the site or receive member email newsletters.

Since the carrier has already canceled the recurring charge, you cannot cancel your membership from the site.

Once your withdrawal status is reflected, you will not be able to log in (membership fee payment screen).

◆About Plus member ID (formerly EMTG ID)

The acquired "Plus member ID" will not be deleted (= invalidated) at the same time as you cancel your paid membership.

*Since it is obtained free of charge, there will be no charge.

Please check the Plus member ID linked site from [Ticketpura My Page] and delete it if the ID is no longer needed.
