If I change my device, can I continue to use the app?

Please follow the steps below from your new smartphone.

1. Download and install the app

2. After installation, log in with the ID used on the old device

3. Follow the steps for "SMS authentication" and "Identity verification procedure" and once your identity is verified, log in again.

<Notes>

・To prevent unauthorized use, the app cannot be used on multiple devices. (One person, 1 ID, 1 device)

・You cannot register phone numbers such as landline phones or IP phones.

- Changing the device you use and reinstalling the app is limited to [up to twice a month].

・Registered phone number can be changed up to twice a year.


If you exceed the maximum number of procedures listed above, you will not be able to complete the procedure yourself.

We will check your usage status.
