I can't log into the app.

[Plus member ID] or [registered email address] is required to log in to the "amazarashi official app".

In addition, to prevent unauthorized use of electronic tickets, we ask that each person use one ID and one device to use the app.

Please log in to the app using the smartphone where you will receive your electronic ticket. (Tablet devices not available)

If you have accidentally registered twice, please delete the unnecessary "Plus member ID" and try logging in.
