My September membership fee has been debited twice.

To strengthen the security of credit card payments, from Sunday, October 1, 2023,

We have changed the timing of sending billing data to credit card companies.


If you have been using the service since before September 2023,

2 months' worth★ (= usage in September 2013/ usage in October 2013) will be debited at once.

This is due to a change in billing timing, and does not mean that recurring charges are being duplicated.

Please rest assured that this is not a double charge.

Billing is confirmed on the 1st of every month (if the deadline is the 20th of each month and the payment is due on the 10th of the following month)

→ Around October 5th (date of sending billing data to credit card company)★

→ Around October 5th (date of sending billing data to credit card company)★


Due to the above change in billing data transmission timing, those who have been using the service since September 2019 or earlier,

You will be billed for two months★ (= usage in September 2013/ usage in October 2013).

*The contract closing date and withdrawal date may differ depending on the credit card company you use.

For details, please check your bill from your credit card company.

It is normal for two months' worth to be debited in October 2023.

Since this is not an erroneous charge, you will not be eligible for a refund even if you contact us.

Regarding changes in operation, we will notify you in advance by email and on the website.
