Regarding payment of membership fees

We are considering new rate plans for three carriers. Are any procedures necessary?
If you are currently using each carrier payment method, please check the following information.

◆For those using docomo

You can continue to use "d Payment (Docomo Payment)" with Docomo's new rate plan "ahamo".

Therefore, even if customers who currently use "d Payment (Docomo Payment)" to register on this site change to "ahamo," their payment registration will continue and they will be able to continue using the site.

Please note that carrier email addresses (@docomo.ne.jp) cannot be used with Docomo's new rate plan "ahamo".

◆For those using au

``au Easy Payment'' is not currently available with the au new rate plan ``POVO2.0.''

Therefore, if customers who are currently using ``au Easy Payment'' switch to ``povo2.0,'' their membership will be automatically canceled.
*Customers who signed up for "povo" ("povo1.0") before the release of "povo2.0" can continue to use it without any further procedures.

However, the service content of "povo" may change in the future.
We will notify you separately if there are any changes.

After March 3, 2022, if you have transferred your mobile phone number between the SoftBank, Y!mobile, and LINEMO brands, you can continue to use it.
