I would like to register using carrier payment, but I cannot select it.

・au easy payment
・Softbank lump sum payment

In order to select the mobile carrier payment option above, you will need to access the service using a smartphone that has a contract with each mobile carrier (docomo/au/SoftBank).

If you are connected via Wi-Fi, please disconnect from Wi-Fi and switch to a mobile phone line (3G/4G LTE/5G) before completing the procedure.

Depending on your contract status, you may not be able to use payment.

Your contract details cannot be confirmed at the fan club counter, so please contact your mobile phone company or shop for details.
