Regarding payment of membership fees

Can I change my payment method? (Credit card payment ⇔ carrier payment)
・Change from carrier payment to credit card payment
・Change from credit card payment to carrier payment

Both require you to cancel your membership once.
Please note that changes cannot be made from within mypage.


▼Steps to change payment method
1) Log in to the “APOLOGIES” site
*The procedure cannot be performed using the app, so please access it using a web browser.

2) Access mypage

3) Complete the withdrawal from [Withdrawal procedure]
*Please be careful not to delete your Plus member ID on your Ticketpura My Page.

4) Login
*At this time, please log in with the account you canceled (Plus member ID/email address).

5) Payment method selection
*At this time, please complete the procedure using your preferred payment method.

Even if you temporarily cancel your membership due to changing your payment method, you can resume using your membership by inheriting your membership status.
Please be sure to complete the procedure using the same account (Plus member ID/email address) within 30 days of cancellation.


<Note 1>
If you change from [carrier payment/440 yen] to [credit card payment/440 yen] within the same month,
Bills will be generated from the two payments, and you will have to pay a total of [880 yen] in one month.

*The same applies to changing from credit card payment to carrier payment.

<Note 2>
Change of payment method = cancellation of membership, birthday email settings will be unregistered.
After re-registering, please change the [Mail Magazine Settings] in mypage to "Registering".

<Note 3>
It cannot be changed in the app.
To complete the procedure, please access the site using a web browser (Safari/Chrome).

*Operation of the in-app browser (Yahoo! JAPAN app/Google app) is not guaranteed.

*If you access the site via various SNS apps such as Twitter, Instagram, or LINE, it may not function properly.


If you wish to change your payment method, we recommend that you cancel your membership at the end of the month and register again using the new payment method the following month.
