Both require you to cancel your membership once.
Please note that changes cannot be made from within mypage.
▼Procedure for changing payment method1) Log in to the "APOLOGIES" website
*This procedure cannot be completed using the app, so please access using a web browser.
2) Access mypage
3) Complete your cancellation by clicking [Cancellation Procedure]
*Please be careful not to delete your Plus member ID from Ticketplus Page.
4) Log in
*At this time, please log in using the account you canceled your membership with (Plus member ID/email address).
5) Select payment method
*At this time, please proceed with the payment method you wish to use.
Even if you cancel your membership when changing your payment method, you can resume using the service while retaining your membership status.
Please be sure to complete the procedure using the same account (Plus member ID/email address) within 30 days of canceling your membership.
<Note 1>
If you change from [Carrier Payment/440 yen] to [Credit Card Payment/440 yen] within the same month,
You will be billed for two payments, totaling 880 yen per month.
*The same applies to changing from credit card payment to carrier payment.

Changing your payment method means canceling your membership, so your birthday email settings will not be registered.
After re-registering, please change the setting in [Email Newsletter Settings] on mypage to "Registered."

It cannot be changed in the app.
To complete the procedure, please access the site using a web browser (Safari/Chrome).

*The site may not function properly if accessed via various social media apps such as Twitter, Instagram, or LINE.
If you wish to change your payment method, we recommend that you cancel your membership at the end of the month and re-register the following month using your new payment method.
