This site is a monthly service.

Basically, your membership will be automatically settled and continued every month until you cancel your membership.

If you have no idea that you canceled your membership, please check the following.

◆For those using credit card payment

If it is determined that payment cannot be made with the registered credit card, your membership will be automatically canceled at the end of the month.

The fan club counter cannot confirm or provide information regarding card validity, such as usage limits and expiration dates.

Please ask your credit card company.

◆For those using mobile carrier payment (docomo/au/SoftBank)

If any of the following apply to you, your membership may be automatically canceled without continuing billing.

・Model change due to change of mobile company
・Change of phone number
・Change of contract name
*Your membership will be canceled at the end of the month in which the above occurs.

Please contact your mobile phone company or shop regarding the availability of carrier billing.

◆If you wish to re-join after canceling your membership

Please log in with the same account (Plus member ID/email address) and complete the payment.

*Please access the site using a web browser (Safari/Chrome) rather than the app.

◆About transferring membership status

If you re-register under the conditions below, you will be able to resume use with your membership status inherited.

・Within 30 days after the withdrawal is completed

・Same Plus member ID (or registered email address)

If more than 30 days have passed since your cancellation, or if you use a different email address, your status will be reset.

Please note that information on your joining date cannot be restored.
